The Sonnenhof, from the team behind the legendary Almhof Schneider, is a well-preserved house dating back to the 14th and 15th centuries, featuring typical ‘Walser’ architecture. It is located slightly above the Hinterwies lift station, on a spacious, traffic-free slope with views of snow-covered peaks in winter and hilly meadows in summer. Its name – which translates to ‘sunny inn’ – is not an empty promise. Based on a comprehensive historical analysis, the structure of the house has been meticulously restored over the past two years and adapted for its new use with great attention to detail.

Le Chalet Lion Rouge, our first 84 Club Chalet, is a project from 84 Rooms. Newly renovated by our team, the mountain lodge is located on top of the picturesque village of Rougemont at 1200m (4000ft), just minutes from Gstaad. The chalet is inspired by local mountain architecture and the alpine culture of the 1960s and ‘70s with modern amenities. Featuring seven bedrooms, Chalet Lion Rouge is the perfect getaway for group gatherings or big families. Year-round, enjoy the 360-degree views of the surrounding Pays d’Enhaut and the Saanenland from the private outdoor land.

The 10 chalets at the end of a winding road that leads to the Peterhof resort at the Alpe Furx, above the Alpenrhein Valley at 1200m above sea level, catch the eye straight away. The modern reinterpretation of the local architectural style is not only captured in the facades of the two-story wooden buildings, but it´s also a thread running through the entire design concept: in the striking interiors, floor-to-ceiling windows, pine accents, and, in particular, in the high-quality ash and maple wood details that give the furnishings a stylish patina.
