Wine & Dine
- The food is 10/10 for quality, taste, preparation, provenance, and variety.
- A La Carte breakfast is served in the dining room, overlooking the mighty Dolomites, with everything made using local producers or on-site. The bread is also to die for.
- The cuisine reimagines traditional Alpine recipes and is paired with excellent local wines. The chef carefully selects top-quality local produce and transforms it daily into authentic, unexpected meals.
- The Bar: The cocktails are so good that we asked the barman Peter to give us a tutorial about their signature drink, 'The Dolomite Martini'.
Dresscode
- Keep it casual: Cosy cashmere sweaters in front of the fireplace.

- Rates start at EUR 320 per night including half board.
