Hotel Schwarzschmied

What's the Story
- The hoteliers Klaus & Moritz Dissertori have brought their vision to life by harmoniously combining holistic wellness with sophisticated design, fine art and local slow food cuisine. The effort paid off, with Hotel Schwarzschmied’s Rooftop Suites receiving the German Design Award.
Wine & Dine
- From Garden to Table: Fruit, vegetables, herbs and flowers are grown and harvested in the 1,000 square metre Schwarzbauergarten, which dates back to the 17th century, as well as in the Arnica Acker surrounding the closeby sister hotel Villa Arnica. The fresh harvest is turned into delicious and healthy dishes not only for Hotel Schwarzschmied’s “La Fucina” under the direction of head chef Andreas Pircher.
- La Fucina: Their Slow Food restaurant features a vibrant buffet, an open show kitchen, and a pasta factory where they create fresh pasta daily.
- Enjoy a daily fresh vegan breakfast and dinner menus.
- Luce: The Bar and bistro provides a stylish atmosphere for savoring classic and innovative cocktails, alongside small regional snacks and wines from South Tyrol.
