The crown jewel of the Grand Hotel is the three Michelin star gourmet restaurant Cheval Blanc, headed by renowned chef Peter Knogl, who is one of the three highest-rated chefs in the country. French haute cuisine merges with Mediterranean and Asian influences and turns the artfully prepared creations into incomparable taste experiences.
The in-house brasserie offers guests a selection of Swiss and French brasserie specialities.
