- The Palazzo features a beautifully designed dining room with a fire place, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a comfortable work area. Three large bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom and a private terrace, offer intimate views of the charming village. These suites, with their soaring 5-meter-high vaulted ceilings, blend simple elegance with modern comfort. The first suite includes a king-size bed and restored “cementine” flooring, along with a separate WC, a bathroom with a shower, and a private courtyard. The second suite also has a king-size bed. It showcases original “cocciopesto” flooring, a separate bathroom with a shower, and a private terrace. The third suite features a king-size bed, original flooring, a tranquil bathroom with a panoramic built-in bath, and a private terrace.
- Outside, guests can enjoy a sprawling garden with a pergola for al fresco dining, platforms for utter relaxation beneath ancient citrus trees, and an extensive pool surrounded by a historic colonnade.
What's the Story
- Following centuries of abandonment, the Palazzo was meticulously restored by local artisans under the guidance of the architecture Studio Luca Baldazzi. The restoration preserved all possible historic features and materials, highlighting the mastery of the region’s craftsmanship. RSL Landscape thoughtfully curated the outdoor spaces, preserving the original historic vegetation and creating an homage to the past.
